It’s a widely purported statistic that 95% of network marketers will fail. However through my observation I have come to realize that this statistic is not true at all. I have come to understand that the term ‘network marketer? is also widely mis-understood.
You can not classify a person who has no knowledge of an industry, nor skills from that industry, nor experience of that industry, as a professional of that industry. So while it is true that most people who fill out a distributor agreement for whatever reason will not continue with the business’it DOES NOT mean that these people were actually network marketers.
I have discovered another statistic that is far more reflective of how many REAL network marketers succeed. But first, let me tell you what it means to be a real network marketer.
It means you devote yourself to constant improvement so you are always getting better at what you do. It means you educate yourself with the latest and most advanced strategies that work today to build businesses. It means you have an unwavering belief that you CAN and WILL succeed if you never quit. That’is the mindset of successful network marketers.
So are you ready for the statistic? 95% of all people who stick with their network marketing company for 10 years will reach the highest level of their company’s compensation plan, which is usually around $500,000 annually.
95% of all the people. Now, if you have true passion and determination’do you think you can stick with something for 10 years? I think I can! Especially when the reward for doing so is as large as a $500,000 annual salary.
Do you notice how SMALL the failure rate is on the people who have true determination and stick with a company for over 10 years? It’s very small. The odds are absolutely in your favor. What it requires is you putting in the personal growth work so that you meet any obstacle you face head on’and never cave in.
It requires you to be strong, and always have your belief be more powerful then anything which wishes to hold you back. Make the pursuit of real knowledge and self improvement your quest’and success in network marketing is sure to follow.
